The KwaZulu-Natal Provincial Treasury (KZNPT) seeks to establish a panel of legal service providers for a period of three (3) years. The panel will provide specialised legal services to the KZNPT, including legislative drafting, litigation, contract drafting, gaming & betting law, constitutional law, administrative law, corporate and commercial law, labour law and employment law, local government law, and public finance law and public procurement law. Services will be allocated on an 'as and when required' basis through requests for proposals or CVs, with assignments awarded based on assessed suitability and the requirements outlined in the Terms of Reference for each assignment.
