Can I cancel at any time?+
Yes. Cancel any time from your account settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
Is there a free trial?+
Yes. Every new account gets 30 days of Tender Match free — daily matched tenders by email — with no card required. The free account itself stays free: browse tenders, check your readiness and apply as you go.
What is pay-as-you-go?+
Pay per tender application at R150/tender. No subscription needed.
What happens if my documents expire?+
We alert you before they expire. You can renew via our Secretariat Services team directly from the platform.
Payment & Billing Help
Having trouble with a payment? Here are the most common issues and how to fix them.
My card was declined. What should I do?+
Card declines are usually caused by one of the following: insufficient funds, your bank blocking an online transaction, or a 3D Secure authentication failure. Try the following: (1) Check that your card has sufficient funds. (2) Contact your bank and ask them to allow online transactions to iKhokha. (3) Try a different card. If you continue to have issues, email support@getquicktenders.com and we will assist you.
I was charged but my subscription didn't activate.+
This can happen if the payment was processed but a network issue prevented your account from updating. Wait 5 minutes and refresh your dashboard. If your subscription is still not active after 10 minutes, email support@getquicktenders.com with your account email and the last 4 digits of the card used — we will manually verify and activate your account.
I was charged twice for the same subscription.+
Duplicate charges are rare but can occur if you clicked the payment button more than once. Email support@getquicktenders.com immediately with your account email and transaction reference. We will refund the duplicate charge within 2–3 business days.
My pay-as-you-go application didn't appear after payment.+
A pay-as-you-go payment adds that tender to your applications as soon as the payment is confirmed. If it hasn't appeared, refresh your dashboard. If it's still missing after 10 minutes, email support@getquicktenders.com with your transaction reference and we will resolve it within 24 hours.
Will I be charged again automatically?+
No. Every plan runs for 30 days and is paid once — we never charge your card without you making a payment. If you don't pay for another period, your plan ends at the end of the current one, and your workspaces and documents stay in your account. If you see a charge you didn't make, email support@getquicktenders.com with the transaction reference.
How do I get a refund?+
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy. Plans are eligible for a full refund within 3 days of your first payment, and a pro-rated refund within 14 days. Pay-as-you-go applications and Secretariat Service orders where work has commenced are non-refundable. To request a refund, email support@getquicktenders.com with your account email and reason. What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept all major South African credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard) via iKhokha. We do not currently accept EFT, instant EFT, or cryptocurrency. Card details are handled securely by iKhokha — QuickTenders never stores your card information.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed by iKhokha, a PCI-DSS compliant payment provider. QuickTenders never stores, sees, or has access to your card details. Your payment information is encrypted and handled entirely by iKhokha's secure infrastructure.
