The appointed Quantity Surveyor (QS) will be required to provide professional quantity surveying and project cost management services for the refurbishment of the N&R building. This includes assessing building conditions, preparing cost estimates and plans, assisting with tender documentation (BOQ, pricing schedules, scope of works, specifications, contract documentation), supporting the tendering process, monitoring and controlling project costs, overseeing work completion, reviewing contractor claims, attending project meetings, providing progress reports, and assisting with project close-out activities.
