APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDE FOR THE COMPILATION OF GRAP COMPLIANT ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS

In short

The service provider will be required to compile GRAP compliant Annual Financial Statements (AFS) for the 2025/2026 financial year. This includes rectifying prior and current year misallocations, correcting opening balances, reconciling financial records, assisting with adjusting journals, reconciling payables and receivables, compiling the AFS with notes and workings, preparing an electronic audit file, and providing support during the AGSA audit process. Skills transfer to municipal officials is also required.
