The Mid-Term Review (MTR) will assess the implementation fidelity, track performance trajectory, and diagnose systemic execution challenges of the Expanded Public Works Programme (EPWP) Phase V. It will evaluate the programme's effectiveness in meeting its core mandates of generating work opportunities, distributing income support, and delivering community assets. The review will cover the period from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2026, and will generate findings, lessons learned, and evidence-based recommendations to shape policy adjustments and inform future public employment policy.
