The purpose is to set out terms of reference and scope of work, for the appointment of a qualified service provider for the provision of maintenance and repair services for plumbing infrastructure at Garden Route District Municipality owned properties for the period of three (3) years. The primary objectives are to ensure efficient, reliable, and continuous operation of all municipal plumbing infrastructure and water reticulation systems, minimize downtime and water losses, and extend the lifespan of municipal assets.
