Appointment of a service provider for the Outcomes Based Youth and Homeless Employment and Transition Programme

The eThekwini Municipality is experiencing a growing incidence of homelessness and seeks to pilot an outcomes-based contracting approach to address this through sustainable employment pathways. The bid aims to appoint a capable implementation partner to identify, recruit, and rehabilitate homeless individuals, provide psycho-social and developmental interventions, facilitate transition into employment, and support sustained employment. The scope includes identification and recruitment, psycho-social interventions, work readiness and development skills, employment pathways, post-placement support, and systems & data management.
