The service provider will be appointed to provide safe code and combination change services for a period of three (3) years at the Diamond Exchange and Export Centre (DEEC). This includes onsite changing of KABA lock codes and combinations for two category 5 safes on a quarterly basis, and providing onsite emergency support as and when required. The service aims to strengthen internal control measures, ensure the safekeeping of diamonds, maintain integrity and accountability, and minimize the risk of unauthorized access, theft, or security breaches.
