APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER FOR THE PROVISION OF SAFE CODE AND COMBINATION CHANGE SERVICES FOR A PERIOD OF THREE (3) YEARS AT THE DEEC

The service provider will be appointed to provide safe code and combination change services for a period of three (3) years at the DEEC. This includes onsite changing of KABA lock codes and combinations for two category 5 safes on a quarterly basis, with an estimated timeline of 3 hours per session. The service provider must also provide onsite emergency support as and when required, with an estimated timeline of 3 hours.
