The scope of work involves the removal and replacement of existing asbestos roof sheets with new IBR roof sheets at the Reception building in Tsitsikamma National Park, Stormsriver Mouth. The contractor will supply and install IBR roof sheeting suitable for a coastal/high-corrosion environment, including all fixings, flashings, and accessories. The sheeting must be a minimum of 0.58mm thick, Zincalume/Chromadek/Aluminium-Zinc coated steel, with AZ200 coating or equivalent, and a factory pre-painted, UV-resistant finish.
