The CETA Head Office requires the services of a qualified and experienced plumbing service provider for preventative maintenance, corrective repairs, and emergency call-out services for a period of 36 months. The scope includes ensuring uninterrupted functionality of plumbing, water, and drainage systems; reducing downtime; implementing preventative maintenance; ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards; providing cost-effective pricing; maintaining high workmanship standards; performing repairs and maintenance on all plumbing systems; supplying and installing plumbing systems and materials; maintaining and unblocking drains; CCTV camera inspections; and providing emergency call-out services. The service provider must also comply with the OHS Act 85 of 1993 and CETA Contractor Management Procedure, and all materials must be SABS approved.
