A comprehensive ad-hoc service is required by Artscape's refurbishment and other ad hoc projects. This scope will involve, but is not limited to: Developing the scope of work for building-related work, assisting with developing a detailed budget and timeline, assisting with the RFQ process to identify contractors, facilitating site briefings, assisting with bid evaluation, ensuring contractor compliance with health and safety, managing contractors, conducting site inspections, managing project timelines and budget, and managing project close-out.
