The appointed bidder will act as an implementation partner to lead an enterprise-wide program for the Industrial Development Corporation (IDC) to integrate and modernize records and information management. This includes implementing the Records and Information Management Governance Framework (RIMGF/IGF), operationalizing the Records Management Operating Model (RMOM), and integrating Records and Information Management (RIM) controls across physical, electronic, and hybrid environments. The scope also covers change management, training, capability building, and continuous monitoring of RIM compliance.
