In short

The scope of work encompasses the provision of silviculture services as required over a period of thirty-six (36) months. The service provider is expected to supply approximately 28 personnel on a daily basis to execute the specified silviculture operations. This includes Land/Soil Preparation (stump treatment, burning, manual slashing, chemical spraying), Establishment & Planting (site preparation, planting, blanking, application of water gel, fertiliser, mulch, survival counts, replanting), Tending & Maintenance (weeding, chemical weeding, fertiliser application, pruning, marking for thinning, conservation), Fire Protection (firebreak construction/maintenance, grass slashing, controlled burning, mopping up), Environmental & Compliance Duties (best practices, chemical handling, OHS compliance), and Reporting & Supervision (daily progress reports, incident/accident reporting, monthly summaries).
