The successful bidder will be appointed as an accredited training provider to deliver the ITIL v5 Managing Professional (MP) Transition training course and examination to one employee from the Information Technology Department. The training can be delivered virtually or in a classroom setting. The provider must supply all necessary training materials, facilitate the official certification examination, issue proof of attendance and completion certificates, and provide post-training learner support.
