The National Empowerment Fund (NEF) seeks to establish a panel of fundraisers with proven expertise in fund structuring and development capital raising to support its fundraising activities. Panel members will be contracted to provide services such as supporting the Fund's resource mobilisation and capitalisation strategy, identifying funding opportunities, advising on innovative financing instruments, donor prospecting, proposal development, capital raising, stakeholder engagement, and fund mobilisation. The panel will be established for a period of three (3) years, renewable based on performance.
