The successful consulting firms will be responsible for providing professional civil engineering consultancy services, including planning, design and documentation, contract administration, construction monitoring and supervision, project management of Municipal Infrastructure Grant (MIG) capital projects, quality assurance and reporting, preparation of payment certificates and project close-out documentation. The consultant must also mentor municipal staff for ECSA registration.
