ESTABLISHMENT OF A PANEL OF NON-REVENUE WATER (NRW) PERFORMANCE-BASED CONTRACT (PBC) CONTRACTORS FOR A PERIOD OF FIVE YEARS

Establishment of a panel of Non-Revenue Water (NRW) Performance-Based Contract (PBC) Contractors for a period of five years. The services will be required from qualifying PBC Contractors for the execution of NRW reduction interventions identified from Bankable Feasibility Studies. Key activities include stakeholder engagement, development of performance metrics, creation of discrete project areas, flow and pressure logging, pressure management, active leak detection and repair, inspection and replacement of water meters, water pipe replacement, and training of municipal officials.
