FOR THE PROVISION OF: OFFICE FACILITY MANAGEMENT FOR SANRAL GAUTENG PROVINCIAL OFFICE

In short

The appointed Service Provider will be responsible for the management of the maintenance of the SANRAL Gauteng Provincial Office facility/building. This includes, but is not limited to, cleaning, hygiene and pest control, landscaping, office plant maintenance, security and armed response, waste recycling, general repairs (plumbing, water damage), HVAC, electrical systems, lift maintenance, fire detection and equipment servicing, building management systems, electric fences, doors, gates, roller doors, window cleaning, carpet and furniture cleaning, rainwater harvesting system servicing, and gym equipment servicing. The Service Provider will also manage the procurement process and appointment of sub-contractors.
