In short

The project involves the construction of Informal Trading Park Homes, specifically Kitchen and Salon units. Each unit is 5m x 2m and includes a reinforced concrete slab, non-slip vinyl or epoxy coated screed, roof installation, partitioning, open hatches, entrance doors with secure locks, prep tables/workstations, wash sinks, mirrors, and electrical installations (LED fittings, switches, sockets, DB board). The scope covers building the park home envelope and ensuring proper sealing and protection.
