Provide once-off public and corporate sector legal, governance (including financial), and risk advice to the SAMRC for the establishment of a fundraising foundation. This includes legal assessments, formal legal opinions, compliance advice, development of governance and risk management frameworks, advice on funding implications and mechanisms to strengthen financial governance and accountability. The service provider must ensure the proposed entity aligns with the SAMRC's mandate and national priorities, and that its operations are balanced with strategic coherence and accountability.
