The appointed service provider will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of a secure, centralized, and automated Declaration of Interests and Gift Register System. This includes system design and implementation (web-based, cloud-hosted solution with configured workflows and role-based access control), functional requirements (capturing disclosures, monitoring conflicts, recording gifts, approvals, threshold monitoring, escalation), workflow and approvals, audit and compliance features, integration with specified business systems (ERP, Azure AD, MS Teams, OneDrive, Outlook), security measures (encryption, MFA, POPIA compliance), training for end-users and administrators, and ongoing support and maintenance (24/7 availability, helpdesk, updates, incident resolution). The contract duration is thirty-six (36) months.
