The objective is to appoint a panel of transactional advisors for a duration of three (3) years to package municipal infrastructure projects and develop business cases for funding proposals. The project's objective is to optimize economic, social, and environmental opportunities through facilitation of better conceptualization, development, design, financing, procurement, and operation of the municipal's major infrastructure projects. The work involves project identification, project definition, project structuring (organizational/administrative, public/private financing options assessment, technical/engineering impact, cost and budgetary aspects, financial modelling, economic modelling, social modelling, legal compliance, transaction support), and project deliverables including transaction reports and draft agreements.
