PROVISION OF HYGIENE SERVICES AND CONSUMABLES FOR A PERIOD OF TWENTY-FOUR (24) MONTHS

The Municipality requests prospective Bidders to Supply and Deliver Hygiene Services and Consumables for a duration of twenty-four (24) months. The service includes attending to Municipal Sanitary Bins (SHE Bins) for safe disposal of feminine hygiene products, swapping out dirty bins for freshly sanitized ones, removing and disposing of waste as hazardous material, managing and servicing automatic soap dispensers, seat sanitizers, paper towel units, and air fresheners. Services include provision of SHE packets, refills of seat, hand sanitizers, urinal and air fresheners, supply and delivery of hand paper towel, deep cleaning services (quarterly), SWAB test services (results provided quarterly), and weekly SHE services.
