Provision of preventative maintenance, corrective maintenance, emergency maintenance, and ad hoc services for Transnet assets (buildings, wet services, electrical, and mechanical) in Bellville and surrounding areas within a 300km radius from Bellville TP Depot. Services include electrical, lights, power installations, substations, storm water reticulation, building infrastructure, roofs, sewer network, air conditioning, mechanical, and plumbing installations. Task orders will be issued on an 'as and when' required basis.
