The appointed security service provider shall provide unarmed guards to employ every lawful means to prevent loss of life, property, and equipment, etc., through damage, theft, explosion, fire, sabotage, espionage, and other security occurrences. This includes operating the access control system, monitoring entries and exits, escorting clients, performing patrolling duties, managing office keys, ensuring guarding duties, providing protection, being courteous, maintaining occurrence books, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation. The service provider must also manage security personnel, attend meetings, conduct security evaluations, and ensure compliance with the Firearm Control Act.
