The service provider will be responsible for providing experienced professional resources to perform Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) and counseling services to employees and their immediate families. This includes obtaining briefs, furnishing monthly utilization reports, setting consultation rules, providing 24/7 dedicated counseling (telephonic and face-to-face), on-site counseling in emergencies, conducting family visits, providing financial information and debt management, trauma and stress counseling, running wellness awareness campaigns, arranging pre-retirement counseling, and assisting employees with psychosocial conditions.
