The appointed panel of service providers will be expected to deliver a comprehensive suite of transaction advisory services, as and when required, including: Diagnostic review and assessment of funding-readiness for selected infrastructure projects; Development of funding proposals, project concept notes, and financial models aligned with relevant policy and regulatory frameworks; Support with feasibility studies, business case preparation, and stakeholder engagement; Design and recommendation of implementation structures that support fund administration, compliance, and execution oversight; Ongoing project monitoring, reporting, and performance tracking over the lifecycle of the project; Source funding's for all feasible projects outlined in the IDP and Catalytic Projects from potential state funding institutions, as well as private equity investment, where applicable returns can be demonstrated; Provide transactional advisory services.
