The appointed Architect will render Architectural services in accordance with clause 3 of “Guideline Tariff of Fees in respect of Services Rendered by Persons Registered in terms of the Architectural Profession Act, 2000 Act 44 of 2000 published in Gazette Number 51352, 4 October 2024 (Board Notice 672 of 2024). Standard services and all necessary deliverables will commence from Stage 5 (Construction) until Stage 6 (Close-out) including payment of fees thereof. The project involves the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith, which includes 25 Classrooms, 3 Grade R Classrooms, Media Centre, Science laboratory, Administration block, Nutrition centre, Multipurpose hall, Security room, and Sports facilities.
