The appointed Construction Project Manager will render construction project management services in accordance with clause 3 of “The Scope of Services and Recommended Guideline Tariff of Fees for Registered Construction Project and Construction Management Professional, Rev 2019” in terms of Project and Construction Management Profession Act, 2000 (Act 49 of 2000) published in Gazette No 42697 of 13 September 2019. Standard services and all necessary deliverables will commence from Stage 5 (Construction) until Stage 6 (Close Out) including payment of fees thereof.
