To establish a temporary animal pound and render animal pound services for Mandeni Municipality for a period of thirty-six (36) months, in terms of the KwaZulu-Natal Pound Act (Act No.03 of 2006). Bid documents can be collected upon payment of a non-refundable fee of R600.00 (inclusive of VAT) via Cash or Debit Card or EFT. Bid documents will be available from Wednesday, 22nd July 2026 to Tuesday, 4th August 2026 during working hours, Monday to Friday, from 08h00 to 15h30.
