Supply and delivery of diesel to Great North Transport for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The diesel must meet specific quality standards including sulphur content, cetane rating, flash point, water content, viscosity, density, and other properties as detailed in the tender document. Deliveries must be accompanied by test tools to verify water contamination and density.
