In short

The CCMA intends to appoint a service provider to render cleaning services for the CCMA Johannesburg office for a period of 60 months. The scope includes floor maintenance, dusting, walls and paintwork, entrances, pavements and foyers, parking areas, waiting areas/lift lobbies, waste disposal, kitchen areas, water dispensers, toilets/ablutions, windows, furniture/desktops, hearing rooms, training rooms, store rooms, tea/coffee stations, and disinfection. The service provider will enter into a Service Level Agreement (SLA) with the CCMA.
