The FSCA requires a comprehensive employee wellness programme for its employees and their immediate families. This includes 24-hour telephonic and electronic wellness services, counselling for personal and work-related issues (up to 6 sessions per person/year), and assistance with various life challenges. The scope also covers promoting healthy living, training for managers and HR, trauma debriefing, addressing workplace issues, executive wellness, reporting, and health risk assessments.
