The purpose of this contract is to appoint a suitably qualified Contractor for the Provision of Facilities Management Services (Technical Services) for the Eastern Cape Operating Unit on an as and when required basis in the Mthatha Zone. The scope includes the provision of various facilities management services such as alterations, electrical maintenance, plumbing maintenance, lift maintenance, generator maintenance, fire prevention and protection system maintenance, water and waste water treatment plant maintenance, on-site services, and other associated works, including air-conditioning maintenance and installations. The contract is for a duration of 36 months.
