Ulundi IDP for 2027-2028 to 2031-2032

In short

The aim of the project is to develop a five (5) year Integrated Development Plan for Ulundi Local Municipality for implementation in 2027/2028 to 2031/2032 financial years. This involves considering legislative requirements, national, provincial, and district strategic documents, formulating council objectives aligned with strategies, and ensuring alignment with municipal budget, district IDP, and neighboring municipalities' IDPs. It also includes developing an implementation plan, capital investment framework, and performance management system, while avoiding community conflict through consultation and identifying critical issues with solutions.
