The North West Provincial Treasury intends to establish a North West Development Fund (NWDF) to mobilise, manage, and deploy financial and non-financial resources in support of inclusive economic growth, enterprise development, infrastructure delivery, and socio-economic transformation. The successful bidder will be appointed to design, establish, and support the operations of the NWDF's governance and management structures. This includes defining and formalizing governance structures, policies, and oversight mechanisms, defining and operationalizing the institutional, financial, and operating model, facilitating the launch of the Fund, and supporting its operationalization.
