The appointed service providers shall provide end-to-end event management services, which may include concept development, planning, budgeting, logistics, venue coordination, stakeholder liaison, compliance management, implementation, on-site coordination, post-event reporting and close-out. Services may be required for commemorative days, sporting events, arts and culture events, library and archive events, stakeholder engagements, launches, exhibitions, outreach programmes, community events, conferences, workshops and other departmental events.
