In short

The service provider will render Integrated Employee Health and Wellness Services for the Mpumalanga Department of Health employees across Ehlanzeni, Gert Sibande, and Nkangala Districts. Services include 24/7 telephonic psycho-social support, short-term face-to-face counselling, critical incident stress debriefing, team enrichment sessions, home visits, organizational conflict mediation, financial wellness education, holistic wellness education, and annual climate surveys. The provider will also be responsible for monitoring, reporting, and evaluation, as well as marketing the EHW Programme.
