The service provider will validate annual performance ratings and verify the costs of associated performance incentives for all employees of the Gauteng Provincial Legislature. This includes conducting validations for various employee cohorts (Executives, Senior Managers, Middle Managers, Specialists, Supervisors, skilled and semi-skilled employees), verifying performance incentives, handling appeals, and producing validation reports. The service provider must also be familiar with the GPL's Integrated Performance Management Systems, Remuneration and Benefits policies, and its strategic plans.
