The scope of work for the bid is to conduct External Quality Assurance Reviews (QAR) on behalf of the Eastern Cape Provincial Treasury (ECPT) at various Eastern Cape Provincial Government Institutions (ECPGIs). All work will be performed mostly virtually, with potential for physical assessments at the Head Office of each Government Institution. The scope is based on the requirement to conduct External QARs at least once every five years by qualified, independent assessors from outside the organization.
