The appointed Internal Audit Service Provider shall provide independent and objective assurance and, where approved, advisory and/or consulting services, designed to enhance and protect organisational value by evaluating and improving the effectiveness of governance, risk management, compliance and internal control processes at FASSET. This includes risk-based planning, execution of internal audit engagements, IT assurance, communication and reporting, follow-up on audit actions, and Audit and Risk Committee support. Value-added services may be provided subject to ARC approval.
