In short

The Department of Informal Settlements requires a Service Provider to manufacture and install durable physical number plates on informal dwellings across WC024. The municipality will provide the numbering sequence and structure register. The service provider will be responsible for manufacturing the plates (300mm x 100mm PVC, 3mm thick, solid yellow background, black bold sans-serif font) and installing them with appropriate fixings.
