King Hintsa TVET College seeks to appoint a panel of law firms for a period of 60 months (5 years).

In short

The appointed law firm will provide legal services including, but not limited to: Litigation and Dispute Resolution (civil, commercial, administrative litigation, pre-litigation procedures, defending/instituting claims, settlement discussions, asset protection, land claims, land restitution, property ownership and transfers). Labour and Employment Law (representing the college in labour matters, drafting employment contracts, advising on dismissals, suspensions, grievances, retrenchments, guiding on labour relations best practices, supporting labour union engagement). Contractual and Commercial Law (drafting, vetting, and interpreting contracts like procurement, SLAs, collaboration, funding, MOUs).
