Denel seeks a service provider to supply, install, and maintain a high-availability Wide Area Network (WAN) and internet solution for its sites over five years. This includes dual links for redundancy, a centralized 600 Mbps internet breakout, site-specific bandwidth, external IP addresses, domain hosting, DNS services, and Unified Communications (UC) solutions (UCaaS, Modernization, or Hybrid) for approximately 2170 users. The scope also covers mandatory physical IP phones, an on-premise call recording solution, internet mail security for 1300 users, design documentation, training, and support.
