The City of Cape Town requires the supply, installation, and maintenance of digital camera systems for traffic law enforcement, including speed, red light, and other moving violations. This includes fixed and mobile camera systems, Average Speed Over Distance (ASOD) systems, and bus lane enforcement systems.
