Provision of Internal Audit Services (Co-Source)

The appointed service provider will assist the in-house Internal Audit unit to render internal audit services for the municipality in terms of the approved Internal Audit Annual Coverage Plan and the Municipal Finance Management Act, 2003. The scope includes testing and evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of the Municipality's system of internal control, governance, and risk management. Responsibilities include rendering internal audit services as and when required, performing internal audit assignments, and performing specialized internal audits (e.g., forensic audits) as needed.
