The appointed Transaction Advisor will undertake a comprehensive bankable feasibility study and develop a business case for the Alternative Waste Treatment Technology (AWTT) Programme. This includes a feasibility study assessing technical, financial, commercial, environmental, legal, and institutional viability, covering project inception, status quo, market analysis, technology options, site identification, environmental screening, financial modelling, cost-benefit analysis, legal/regulatory analysis, and delivery model assessment. A business case report will then be prepared, including an Intermediate Business Case (IBC) and a concise summary for funding applications.
