In short

The service providers will be required to supply the following commodity for 23 district offices of the Department throughout the Free State for self-collection on rotational basis: Hot Asphalt, per ton. The service providers will furthermore be required to supply, deliver and offload the following commodities to 23 district offices of the Department of Community Safety, Roads and Transport in various regions with the Free State on rotational basis: Cold Asphalt, per bag (25kg), Cement, 42,5 MPa per bag (50kg), Emulsion (Anionic Stable Grade 60% per drum, Cationic Stable Grade 60% per drum), and Crusher Dust per ton. Prices per district should include transportation to any of the Offices within the respective districts.
