The tender is for the supply and delivery of branded bottled water for official meetings, conferences, workshops, public participation programmes, marketing events and other organisational activities on an as-and-when-required basis for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The service provider will be responsible for supplying still and sparkling bottled water, printing and applying customized branding on the bottles, packaging in recyclable materials, maintaining adequate stock, replacing defective products, and ensuring compliance with food safety legislation. Delivery to designated sites within 1-2 working days is required.
